English Handwriting Week
Handwriting is an important part of literacy and an essential skill for life. So, to practice these skills, English Handwriting Week was conducted for Classes I-IV from 01 to 05 July 2024. Students were given practice of tracing and channelizing curvy letters, rocking round letters, words, phrases, sentences as well as paragraph writing in the handwriting sheets. Some fine motor skills were also added like cutting, pasting, drawing, colouring, paper tearing etc. which helps involve small muscles working with the brain and nervous system to control movements in areas such as the hands, fingers, lips, tongue and eyes. The students enthusiastically participated in the handwriting week and did their best.
