Republic Day Celebration
The 76th Republic Day was celebrated in all its solemnity and grandeur at Delhi Public School Tapi on 26 January 2025. The celebration commenced with the March Past, followed by unfurling of the National Flag by the Principal, Ms. Archana Bhasin and National Anthem, instilling a sense of pride and patriotism in everyone present. The students saluted the National Flag and pledged themselves to upholding the honour and integrity, diversity, and uniqueness that is “India.” The cultural programme began with a soul-stirring patriotic song that resonated with the spirit of unity and freedom. This was followed by some inspiring speeches and poem, where students highlighted the significance of Republic Day and the sacrifices of the freedom fighters who made our independence possible. The graceful movements of the dancers during the dance performance mesmerized the audience, showcasing India's rich and diverse heritage. The event concluded with the distribution of sweets, a moment of shared joy and camaraderie. As the students dispersed, the image of the fluttering tricolour and the echoes of patriotic songs remained etched in their hearts, a reminder of their responsibility as the future citizens of the nation.
